On December 13th 2010, Open Ratings(from Dun & Bradstreet) concluded a PPE(Past Performance Evaluation) on InterNetworking Link LLC(DUSN # 02-926-1778).
The PPE includes a supplier’s Overall Performance Rating, which is an assessment of likely overall performance, and a SIC−level benchmark, which indicates where the supplier’s Overall Performance Rating falls in comparison to other rated companies in it’s SIC group.
InterNetworking Link achieved a rating of 94 placing the company’s performance among the top SIC Level Quintile in the SIC category of ’7379/Computer Related Services, NEC’ companies.
A detailed performance ratings in the areas of Reliability, Cost, Order Accuracy, Delivery/Timeliness, Quality, Business Relations, Personnel, Customer Support and Responsiveness revealed that the lowest rating achieved from 0 to 100, was 93 and the highest was 99.
These ratings were based in part on survey feedback from past customers and are indicative of likely overall performance.
This PPE is a testimony to our strength and level of competence and also proves that our customers are very satisfied not only with our products and services but also with the QoS(Quality of Service) and QoE(Quality of Experience).
