Please always be courteous with our consultants and make sure that the time scheduled is convenient. Have ready your manuals, questions, and be at your computer.
Time is money! We send our consultant only when the required good faith deposit has been made through our website. This confirms to us that your scheduled call will be honored by you. If no one is found at your designated site at the scheduled time and no cancellation call was given 24 hours before, we will not refund your deposit. This is not an option!

If you have more than five computers and need assurance that professional attention will be given to your computing infrastructure when you mostly need it, we highly recommend a maintenance contract. You will get the most service per call for your money. This is the best way for you to gain peace of mind and assurance that a certified technician will look promptly into your computing challenges when they arise. And as long as there is no negligence on your part, you won’t have to pay more than the monthly price for the maintenance contract. We will rise to the challenge and restore your ailing computing resource to a functioning state. Restrictions may apply and a 12 month contract is required. The more computers you have, the lower the price of the maintenance contract. Listed prices may be negotiable.
