As Client navigates through Company Web sites, certain information can be passively collected, without Client actively providing the information, using various technologies and means, such as Internet Protocol addresses, cookies, and navigational data.
Information Collection
Company web sites use on-line order forms for Clients to collect contact information and financial information. Contact information from order forms is used to contact Client regarding account status and to send information about services available. Financial information collected from Client is used to bill for requested services.
Cookies
Company uses cookies to retain session state during logon to the On-line Accounts Manager. Client may opt out of the use of cookies by turning them off in web browser. However, the use of cookies is necessary for the use of On-line Accounts Manager.
Public Forums
Company does not make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and news groups available to its Clients. In case, these become available in the future, please remember that any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and should exercise caution when deciding to disclose personal information.
Information Dissemination
Company will release personally identifiable information about Client as is reasonably necessary for the provision of Company services for which Client has subscribed or contracted. This includes, but is not limited to provision of financial information to organizations such as Ecommerce Exchange or PayPal for Company billing purposes.
In addition, Company may release personally identifiable information necessary for the prosecution or defense of any legal claim or right to which Company is a party. Company will also release personally identifiable information as required by law.
Company will not provide any personal information to third parties other than affiliates used to support Company business, in which case Company will require such third parties to agree to treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy;
