1. Security Measures

You should keep in mind that no Internet transmission is ever 100% secure or error-free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from this site may not be secure, and you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us via e-mail.
Company web sites have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of the information under our control. Client contact information is submitted via a secure (HTTPS) connection and stored in Company database protected by a firewall. Access to Client information is restricted to authorized Company personnel and contracting Affiliates only. No financial information is saved in Company database.

2. Access to Password-Protected / Secure Areas

Access to and use of password-protected and / or secure areas of the Company Web Sites is restricted to authorized users only. Unauthorized individuals attempting to access these areas may be subject to prosecution.

3. Lawful Purpose

You may only use our servers for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets. Software download or distribution sites are prohibited.

4. Fraudulent Use.

1. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or abusive purpose, or in any way which interferes with our ability to provide the Service or any other service to our customers
2. You must safeguard password to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing account information, as you acknowledge that Company cannot verify the identity of persons using the Service under client password. Company is not responsible for the use of lost or stolen password information
3. Should you allow others access to your online account information, you will be responsible for all actions that such persons might take with respect to your account
4. If you suspect that your account has been fraudulently used or otherwise compromised, you must immediately notify Company
5. Client agrees not to use any account/service for which client does not qualify or has been disqualified
6. Client agrees that only persons appearing in our contact database are allowed to make changes or updates to the status of Client account

Internet Etiquette

7. Electronic forums such as mail distribution lists and news groups all have expectations regarding subject are and appropriate etiquette for posting. Users of these forums should be considerate of the expectations and sensitivities of others on the network when posting material for electronic distribution. The network sources of Company may not be used to impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization to act on behalf of others or Company. All messages transmitted via Company should correctly identify the sender; users may not alter the attribution of origin inelectronic mail messages or posting. Users must not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of computing systems or networks and must not attempt to gain unauthorized access.

Company Web Sites may contain links to third party sites. Access to any other linked Internet site(s) is at the user’s own risk and Company is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any information, data, opinions, advice or statements made on these sites. Company provides these links merely as a convenience and the inclusion of such links does not imply an endorsement.
